This cozy Cottage has a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan and sunsets from nearly every room. This very relaxed child friendly home sleeps 7 includes 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, an enclosed porch that can be used as a bedroom with 4 twin beds, 1 full bath, a daybed in livingroom. A sandy beach is accessed from stairs in the neighbors backyard, and shared with the home next door. There are just over 100 stairs... stairs newly built. Includes a fire pit in backyard, canoe, swing set, hammock overlooking the Lake.

March 1-June 13...$850/week... $145/night...
June 14-September 12... $1,250/week...
September 13-October 31... $850/week... $145/night...
**This is a Saturday-Saturday check-in/out on weekly rentals...
***Additional fees include... $500 refundable damage deposit, 6% MI sales tax, plus $60 cleaning fee on all weekly & nightly rentals. ***Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $50 per pet (prices subject to change)
