Looking for Great Family Vacation Home & want to stay in luxurious rental home near Disney world, Stay one of our vacation homes which comfortably accommodate 10 persons.
Beautiful family homes in a quiet brand new gated community with water view. Located close to Disney World and other theme parks, including Universal Studios, Sea World and Golf Courses.
Fully furnished to the highest standard and centrally air conditioned. The house provides everything you will need for a most comfortable and enjoyable stay. In addition to the standard modern appliances, you will find all kitchen utensils, Bed linens, Towels, Iron, Hairdryer and much more! No need to worry about anything - Its all there.
Our vacation homes are Five Bedrooms, Three & Half Baths with separate Family & Living room + Game Room, comfortably accommodate ten persons Beds Set up includes one king size, two queens size and four twins size beds
Master Bedroom:
Master bedroom is located on the first floor, with king size bed & ensuite Bath
Second Floor :
The Second floor comprises four bedrooms and two full
bathrooms with two queen size beds and four twin size beds & huge game room with pool table. All bedrooms have large closets
Family and Living Room:
The Family & living room has a Volume ceiling, and
equipped with comfortable sofas, love seats , DVD/VCR and Cable TV.
Dining Room and Kitchen :
Dining room has table for six followed by the kitchen with a breakfast dinette for four. To the right is the laundry room and the downstairs half bathroom. Directly in front of you is our large family room.

Prices exclude 12% Florida taxes. Minimum stay three nights and a $70 Cleaning fee is charged on stays of less than five nights. A $250 deposit is required to secure the reservation, we require payment in full, due two weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or personal checks and money orders. One week after checkout date, the deposit will be sent back to Renter in case the property does not have any damages that lead to repair.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel after 20 days, $75 Cancellation fees is to be charged Cancel within 20 days to arrival, $200 Cancellation fees is to be charged.
No Refund after arrival.
