Property Information
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on one of the top floors, and has 180 degree views of the pristine saltwater marsh and the beautiful Atlantic ocean. When you step onto our balcony you will experience some of the most breathtaking views you have ever seen. Our condos include crown molding, a stone countertop, ceiling fans, and Pergo floors. The kitchen is fully equipped for the times you want to eat in. There are two cabled televisions, including 7 HBO channels and a DVD player.
We have a wonderful Resort property with lots of amenities, including 3 pools (one is an indoor heated one), beach access via private boardwalk, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, tennis courts (no additional fees), racquetball court, poolside restaurant/convenience store, and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach!
Our Resort is near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, golf (Robert Trent Jones is right next door), minaiature golf and a water park.

All amenities are just steps away from our condo door. The pool is right outside the front balcony and has a convenient, casual restaurant and convenience store next to it. The boardwalk to the beach is just downstairs and has a snack bar right on the ocean. If golfing or Tennis is your thing we have one of the top rated golf courses on the island right next door and the best hard courts on the island. The bike paths are right out front with many miles to explore and grocery stores and restaurants are just across the street. If that isn't enough our condos offer a private seclusion among the natural beauty of this landscape with fishing, crabbing, or bird watching available 20 seconds from our front door. Bring the family and bring the friends. We have been successful because we take care of our guests and give them an outstanding product for an affordable price. In fact, we'll match or beat any comparable rental on the island. It's really that simple.
Notes: There are coin operated washers and dryers at the Resort, but not in the villa itself. The grills, pools, hot tub and sauna are shared amenities.
