The beach is at a walking distance only 5 blocks from the court Yard.
The Court Yard is comprised of a small 2 story art deco building separated by a beautiful tropical surrounding filled with local high coconut trees.
It is considered as a small oasis of serenity. The building and its apartments are maintained in the best possible conditions, the building has been fully renovated recently. 1 and 2 bedroom units are available. Security is maintained by an intercom system at the entrance of the property and by a sophisticated video surveillance camera system.
