Property Information
PORTOFINO is the ultimate luxury destination on the entire Gulf coast. Our Condo is in tower V unit 603 which has just been finished (May 2006) and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. PORTOFINO has many amenities which are yours to enjoy for free while you are here.
You will use the fully equipped gym which just may be the NICEST IN THE WORLD, and overlooks the outdoor infinity pools and Santa Rosa Sound. Classes available at extra charge.
Enjoy playing on five Rubico and lighted tennis courts.
Swim in any of the on-site HEATED pools and hot tubs. Currently there are seven with one under construction.
Indulge yourself at the Portofino Spa (treatments extra) with massage therapy, body treatments, and facials. Locker rooms and wet and dry saunas and hot tub available at no charge. Enjoy exercize classes including spinning, cardio, yoga, pilates and others at a small charge per class.
PORTOFINO is located on the Gulf of Mexico on the eastern end of Pensacola Beach, Florida. It is an easy 25 minute drive from Pensacola International Airport (PNS).
Our condominium has been professionally decorated and features nine-foot ceilings throughout. The entrance has eight-foot-wide double doors opening onto oversized ceramic tile flooring throughout the living area, kitchen, and baths. There are high speed internet connections at various locations in the unit, granite counter tops, smooth ceilings. You are in PARADISE.
As you stand in the kitchen or living area you can see the clear blue Gulf of Mexico. The balcony off the living area and both bedrooms allows for spectacular views, including a direct view of the pure white sand beach AND the intercoastal waterway and spectacular sunsets.
Full-size washer and dryer are in the Condo for use. The 28 foot balcony is suitable for outdoor entertaining, with chairs to sit and enjoy the Gulf views.
When you arrive here you will know you have found Paradise and when you leave you will be planning your next trip.

All prices plus 11.5% tax. Monthly rates available. 3 NIGHT MINIMUM at these rates. Two nights and holidays a little more.
