You get the feeling of being at a resort on the beach, in a hotel with all the expected amenities, such as an upscale restaurant (Shula's Steakhouse), two pools and a waterfall spa, fitness center, and beach access. All the while, you reside in a fully equipped condo within the hotel, with a gorgeous ocean view. When you arrive, a valet will take your car and you will be escorted into wood paneled lobby with a marble tiled floor. You will feel like you are in a luxury hotel rather than a condo in a building.
You can lounge by two pools with an outdoor tiki bar and restaurant. You can charge all amenities to your unit, just like a hotel. Maid and room service is available.
The unit has marble tiled floors, two marble tiled bathrooms with accessory hand showers, a full kitchen,a terrace, and an ocean view. There are three cable TVs- one in each bedroom and one in the living room. South Beach and Lincoln Road are 10 minutes south and Bal Harbour is 10 minutes north.
