This is a newly purchased Condo for rent just steps from the ocean located in the Captain's Bay South Condo Complex. Extremely clean and well-kept corner unit. Located on the south end of the island, it is across the street from the Holiday Inn and beautiful white sandy beach! Family Friendly complex within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and water activities. Beach trolley just outside your door - no need for a car. This 1200 square foot Condo will sleep up to six people.
With all the many activities to do on this small island, you will be sure to also enjoy the sunny, relaxing atmosphere. Come and see Fort Myers Beach's gorgeous sunsets! With all the activities nearby and on the beach such as volleyball and live music from nearby resorts, you will be sure to also relax on the large canopied chairs. Beach rentals for jet-ski and parasailing are available. Boating, fishing, new release dinner-movie theater, shopping plaza, and restaurants are all within a short walk out of your front door.
The Condo is near the southern end of the island, which is known to be the quiet end away from the heavy traffic of the bridge and downtown area. A trolley is available to pick you up to take you for the short ride to Times Square (downtown area). Downtown Fort Myers Beach, provides many activities such as fishing off of a 600 foot pier, shopping, bars, and restaurants with live musical entertainment. There are also island activities including parasailing, boat charters, boat tours to Key West, fishing charters, and a State Park all within walking distance.
