Moreover, you will enjoy an 800 sq. ft. private patio, complete with chaise lounge chairs, rocking chairs and dining table. Your “home away from home” is nestled within Seacoast Towers, a full service/amenity building with 24 hour security, valet, Tiki Bar, convenience store/café, gym, a large heated pool and hot tub. On the ocean, the expansive beach area includes complimentary lounges and umbrellas to enhance your tropical experience. Boat rentals are available on the Intercoastal within walking distance. The Shops of Bal Harbor and the restaurants on Lincoln Road in South Beach are a few minutes away.
