This spacious 1500 square foot villa has a fabulous private deck view of the #8 fairway of George Fazio Golf Course. Fazio's is one of four golf courses in Palmetto Dunes which also boasts of an outstanding tennis center with over 25 courts.
The unit contains a king-size first floor master bedroom with a television; two twin beds in the 2nd floor second bedroom; a second floor loft; and two queen size sleeper sofas. A full size bathroom is located on each floor. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all full size and nicely equipped. The deck off the living room has outdoor furniture to enjoy watching the passing golfers. A locking outdoor storage area is attached for your golf clubs, bicycles and beach supplies.
A large free form pool and children's playground are only steps away from the unit with the ocean beaches less than a 10 minute walk away.
Pets are welcome. Non-smoking home.
Palmetto Dunes offers free on demand transportation service that will take you to the beach, restaurants, marina and shopping; biking, tennis, golf, and kayaking; and only minutes from the beach. Wonderful for family or friends.
