This marvelous family Home is located at the 9mm on the main channel. In addition, it is just steps from the waters edge. Newly remodeled in 2006, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has 1400 sq. feet of luxury living. It is great for families.
Walk out either patio door from the master bedroom to a deck that overlooks the lake. Lavish yourself in the luxury of a comfy king size bed. The Master Suite has its own sitting area with a library and fireplace, a TV and VCR/DVD combo player as well as a stereo. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be converter to a king configuration. It has a TV and a VCR. The third bedroom can be configured for either twins or king size beds and also has a TV. You’ll find plenty of linens and towels, every imaginable kitchen utensil, all the essential electronics, and comfort beyond your greatest expectations.
The Great Room and kitchen are designed to meet all your entertaining needs. It has three couches, a dining table and a large breakfast bar. This beautiful unit is cable TV equipped and the entertainment center provides TV, VCR and DVD player (many movie videos provided), Tape and CD player (Several CD’s provided. The two sets of Sliding doors and oversized window in the great room give you unending vistas of the Lake from every angle. The kitchen has every utensil a cook would want or need to prepare the smallest or most extravagant meal. It is equipped with a Large Side-by-side Refrigerator, Range/Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave oven, Garbage Disposal and Instant Hot Water Dispenser, Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster etc. There is an office niche with Wireless Internet Service, Fax, Printer, and Laptop Hub. The Laundry room houses a full size washer and dryer.
The expansive deck has a gas BBQ, Outdoor Dining table with seating for 6 and views that are breath taking!

Rental Fee is due 60 days prior to arrival. We have a cancellation policy.
