This Condo is Located in Fall Creek Resort south of Hwy. 76 (strip) on 165 approx. 3 miles.
Our Condo is nestled in between the Marina and Boat Ramp, with a Great View of Lake Taneycomo.
The Marina Rents Boats and Fishing Supplies.
This is a Walk In and Walk Out With Handicap Parking at the Door.
The Living Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper, a Small Recliner and a Swivel Rocker. A 27" TV/VCR that is mounted to the Ceiling which provides more floor space.
The View of the Lake is Great from the Living Room, Dinning Room or Master Bedroom.
The Double Patio's are furnished with a Round Table and Four Chairs, and a Small Round Wrought Iron table and Two Chairs, Ceiling lights and fans.
The Kitchen is Fully Stocked, we provide the coffee,tea,cream,sugar,and pop corn.
The Dining Room Table Seats Four.
In the hallway is a stacked washer and dryer, we provide the laundry detergent and toweletts.
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and TV, a Patio Door that leads out to One of the Two Covered Patios. With ceiling fans and lights.
