This condo is new to the vacation rentals.
For you bargin shoppers you can't go anywhere and find a nicer condo for $65.00 a night plus tax.
This is a second floor unit.
And it is also a two story condo with one bedroom and three quarter bath upstairs, shower sink toilet and closet. Queen bed.
The main floor has a living room dinning room kitchen combo.
One bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom has a double sink vanity, tub shower combo and toilet on the main level.
Living room has a queen sofa speeper, one wing chair a 21" TV, coffee and end tables in glass.
Dinind room has a table and four chairs with a ceiling fan/light.
Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, apt size stove/oven, microwave and stacked washer and dryer.
The balcony is concrete.
Round table and four chairs.
Small electric grill.
Their are no Resort amenities, no pool or clubhouse use.
New tile, entry, kitchen and bathrooms.
New carpet through out.
All new bedding and towels.
All new dishes,flatware and cookware.
We supply the coffee, tea, sugar,salt, pepper, laundry detergant, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bath soap.
I do have three other condo's at Pointe Royale Resort.
Two of the condo's have two bedrooms with king beds and tv's.
Two bathrooms and queen sofa sleepers.
The third condo has one king bed and one queen bed, and the sofa is a queen sleeper.

The next 5 pictures are of our condo closer to the entrance of the Resort.
This unit is an open floor plan with a large kitchen, and it has a 60" tv in the living room.
