DESIGN: You have made a GREAT decision in inquiring about the Flamingo for your Miami Beach vacation. The Flamingo is easily considered the 'most happening' place to live in all of South Beach. Why?? It sits on top of the largest residential parcel of land in all of South Beach. The three buildings on 16 acres of land, consisting of 1,600 units, for approximately 3,000 of SoBe's residents. So accommodate that many people, the Flamingo was designed with 'Resort Style Living' in mind, rather than any ordinary condominium. No other building in SoBe even comes close in terms of amenities, comfort and convenience!
LOCATION: When Guests visit Miami Beach, there is a reason why they prefer to stay in South Beach more than any other area. For one reason, it is one of the few area that you actually do not need a care to enjoy your surroundings. The Flamingo is conveniently locate in the heart of South Beach. If you are not already familiar with Lincoln Road, ...you need to be! Lincoln Road is a history landmark for Miami Beach dating back to 1912. The pedestrian street mall is renewed for it's bars, restaurants, lounges, shopping, art galleries, etc. All of which are at your fingertips since it is located 1.5 blocks from the Flamingo.
Take Lincoln Road all the way to the end, and you will find yourself on our beautiful white sandy beaches in about 10-15 minute walk.
RESORT-STYLE POOL: The Flamingo is equip with services to make your stay as pleasant as possible. 24/7 Concierge personal are on staff to assist your travel needs, such as dinner & nightlife reservations, travel arrangements and destination recommendations. On site you will also find a convenient store, dry cleaning, and pet grooming/boarding are just to name a few more.
