South Beach. Enjoy this privately condo two bedroom, to bath unit, two pools and a waterfall spa, fitness center, and beach access. You can lounge by two pools with an outdoor tiki bar and restaurant. (Shula's Steakhouse)

Payment: is only accepted in the quoted currency unless
the currency and the amount are special advance with
the owner's rates in US funds.we require total amount
due upfront to secure the rental along security deposit
Deposit is returned 10 days after departure,unless
damage has occurred or excessive cleaning is required.
The remaining 50% balance is due six week prior to you
arrival date. A via cleaning fee $ 85 will be charged
to you credit card upon check-in.
If cancellation occurs with less than 30 days advance
notice.the guest will receive 50% of the total amount
No refunds 15 days or less prior to rental. Cashier
checks or money orders are acceptable. The Hotel will
provide room services and maid service for and extra
charge. As well for the use of the telephone to make
local or long distance calls. We do not accept
reservations from anyone under 21, must show valid ID
upon check-in at front desk.
