Seaside Sparrow is a spacious 2nd row ocean family vacation home that sleeps 8 and has ocean views. Located inside Sea Pines Plantation on beautiful Hilton Head Island in South Carolina, this easy to find seaside home is a peaceful getaway for you and your family and offers easy access to the Beach - only 80 yds away! Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, walk to the beach and enjoy the thrill of being able to shuffle out the front door and be at the beach in less than 2 minutes. Ride bicycles on the beach or on the 34 miles of trails inside Sea Pines. Enjoy sunsets on the beach with a bottle of wine, cast for fish from the shores or build castles in the sand and you will wonder why you didn’t stay for 2 weeks. This well equipped Rental includes linens, local telephone use and Hi-Speed Internet connection. 1-hour daily free tennis is included at SBRC. Our centrally located House is near South Beach Marina and Harbour Town with its numerous dining and recreational facilities.

Sea Pines is different from most everywhere along the East Coast in that they didn’t put a 4-lane highway up against the Ocean like they did everywhere else – they preserved the Maritime Forest and Sand Dunes that way for everyone to enjoy. This house is only the 2nd house from the Ocean. Although this house is 40 years old, i has been kept meticulously clean. A new A/C has been installed and the house lives large and comfortably.

Walk or Bike to the Beach. Located in the South Beach Section of Sea Pines Plantation, this house sits in the middle of a Maritime Forest. Deer and wildlife run freely through our backyard. Dolphins can spotted from the shoreline. Bike Trails surround the neighborhood making beach approach and Harbour Town, and South Beach Marina easily accessible. This is an exceptional family fun vacation locale. No matter what the interest, all family members should be able to safely navigate around the neighborhood to the beach or pool or their desired destination. Prior guests have enjoyed the following; walking to beach and spend the day building sand castles, surf fishing just outside the front door, Lagoon fishing, bike riding through the Plantation, exploring the Plantation Ruins & 4,000 year old American Indian Settlements, horse back riding in the Forest Preserve, short walk in evenings to the Salty Dog Café in South Beach Marina. Walk or ride to Free Tennis.
Fitness Program with Player Club Fitness Discount at Players Club; includes use of their heated indoor pool, 2 Jacuzzis, treadmills and bikes, weights and gym equipment and all aerobic, martial arts, Pilate's and yoga classes (only $35/week for everyone in the house).

Horseback ride or walk as you explore the Sea Pines Forest Preserve -- and see the remains of a 4,000-year-old Indian settlement and an 18th century plantation. Enjoy world-class sailing adventures on the Stars & Stripes, the authentic America's Cup 12-meter yacht that is harbored in Harbour Town. Enjoy kayaking from the marshes around Hilton Head; spy all manner of wild creatures including dolphins and manatees. Speed thrills include jet skiing and sailboarding.

Also, State Record Tuna was just caught 8 miles off of Hilton Head this Winter! The Beach Club has full facilities including clean restrooms, showers, an outdoor bar and grill, and nightly entertainment. The hard white sand is ideal for beach combing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddle ball, and 'building castles in the sand.' A safe, gated community, Sea Pines Plantation offers biking, fishing, walking tours on nature paths for wildlife viewing, horseback riding, golfing, tennis, shopping, swimming, snorkeling, diving, water skiing, wave runners, boating, surfing, and kayaking, walking. Everything is provided to make your vacation perfect. Bicycling is one of Sea Pines biggest amenities. 4 bikes come with the rental. There are 25 miles of bike paths in addition to 12 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches to explore.
