This large home sits on 70 acres of privately owned land
which features a groomed, regulation size soccer field,
three miles of paths through the woods, 1400 front feet
on Bright Lake and a lovely pruned pine woods line the
driveway on which guests arrive at the home. There is a
rowboat, kayak, canoe, all sorts of floaters and life jackets.
Fishing rods and other needed fishing items are stored in
the very clean and organized garage. There is a crib, a
youth bed, a high chair, and a huge covered sandbox for
the little ones. For an evening sing-along and roasted
marshmellows by the lake, there is a large fire pit with lots
of seating. This is an ideal spot for a family reunion,a
vacation for several families together, or room enough for
a large family. This property is LARGE, PRIVATE and
BEAUTIFUL.

by is Leland and Historic Fishtown, charter fishing, trips
to the Manitou Islands),shopping and restaurants).
Glen Arbor is also close (shopping, Sleeping Bear Sand
Dunes, restaurants). Suttons Bay:Movie Theater,
shopping, restaurants.
