Corian countertops, central air and heat, barbecue, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, TV with VCR player, tile and carpet, all linens provided, located on private road on 1 1/4 acre setting convenient to I-95, close to fishing/boating, golfing, Simon's Mall for shopping, parks, short drive to (Melbourne, Cocoa, Satellite, Cape Canaveral) beaches. Melbourne greyhound dog track about five minutes away.
Located at the end of Lk Washington Rd. is a secluded park to play or fish on a 3,000 acre lake. Melbourne has a beautiful golf course open to the public. Disney World, Universal Studios, MGM, Sea World, Cypress Gardens and all Orlando attractions within one hour drive. Kennedy Space Center 30 minute drive. Miami is three hours south on I-95. Sebastian Inlet State Park is just a short drive for great fishing and surfing. Cocoa Beach World-famous Pier for eating, fishing, surfing and entertainment. Beautiful winter temperature and breezy, sunny summers. No refunds due to hurricanes. We will reschedule your week at your earliest convenience.
