It is on the second level of a two-story building (not a high rise!) and always has a beautiful breeze and spectacular sunsets. This unit is fully equipped and in excellent condition. The lanai is very large and can seat 6-people at the dining table. Keauhou Bay is walking distance from the condominium (just five minutes). There is excellent golfing (with discounts), snorkeling, outrigger canoeing, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, mountain biking, coffee plantations, horseback riding, local artist community and galleries, and some of the most beautiful turquoise water and hidden beaches you will ever see in the world. There are two active volcanoes on the Big Island and Volcanoes National Park is a site to behold. The location is unique in that you are close to the coffee plantation area which is lush and tropical yet this condo always gets the Kohala Coast sunshine. You are 6-miles from the town center, yet close to shopping for groceries, souvenirs, cinema and restaurants at Keauhou Shopping Center. You just have to arrive - the condominium is completely equipped with everything you need to explore this beautiful island. 7 night stay during Christmas.
