This new rental home is centrally located to I-25,- 1-10 and Highway 70.

This rental a large foyer wih a tile mosiac, 3 large bedrooms (split), 2 full baths plus a powder room off the kitchen, kitchen opens to the family room and dining room accented by solid wood spiral vigas. In addition, the large covered patio has rattan ceiling fans and VIEWS!
Great new rental totally furnished and equipped with new furniture, all new kitchen appliances, cookware and dinnerware, etc, new eguaptian cotton linens and brazilian cotton towels, The home has plenty of granite, tile and beautiful custom wood glazed cabinets.
High ceilings and high windows emphasis the natural light in this Hacienda style home which has a lot offer the short term or extended stay renters. The deluxe equipped kitchen is open to the family room , separate dining, very large deluxe equipped kitchen, break bar with chairs, pantry, large utility room with Amana washer/dryer, over sized garage for larger vehicles, security system, skylights, and a 56" RCA HDTV for your viewing. You will be very comfortable while staying in Las Cruces in this rental or any of the othe rentals we have.
All appliances are upgraded to include gas range, microwave, double door refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen is totally equipped for quick meals or gourmet meals.
Large master suite is separate from secondary bedrooms and has a deluxe master bath which includes double sinks, 2 walk in closets, walk in shower, jet tub and a separate commode room. Secondary bedrooms has a ceiling fan, walk in closets and share a full Jack and Jill bath accented by granite and tile.
Masterbedroom has a king size bed - secondary bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a single.
