Property Information

Ocean Pointe Condominium Unit #5202 is a two bedroom, two bath unit with a balcony overlooking the condo's marina and the Atlantic Ocean. The condo is privately rented and maintained by the owners.

The Ocean Pointe property is located on 60 acres of protected tropical mangrove forest in the town of Tavernier, on Key Largo. It is approximately one and a half hours by car south of Miami International Airport. It has a beach with volley ball and loungers, tennis courts, a large, heated swimming pool with hot tub, and a children's play area. Barbecue grills are conveniently located near the buildings. The cafe serves light meals and alcoholic beverages. There are many nearby attractions, including two national parks, an underwater coral reef state park, Key West, swimming with dolphins, fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving, as well as many fine restaurants and shopping. One of the best hospitals in Florida is just a few minutes away. If you wish to bring a boat with you, reservations for dock space and trailer parking must be made as far in advance as possible. We are happy to assist boaters with these arrangements, which are made through the dockmaster, and are paid separately to the condominium association.

Additional Rate Information

Rentals are weekly or monthly. As a private rental, our rates are very competitive. Rates vary seasonally and with certain holidays. The rent is payable in full by check at least one week prior to your arrival. A deposit of $150.00 is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel one week or more prior to your scheduled arrival. The deposit is held in a non-interest bearing account as a damage deposit, and will be returned to you promptly following your visit if there is no need to deduct for damages.

The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV with VCR and DVD, and a Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has twin beds, and the living room has a queen size fold-out sofa for a maximum of six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave. The living room / dining area has stereo, and cable TV with VCR and DVD. the unit has a full size washer / dryer, and is air conditioned. The condo is No Smoking and No Pets. Local phone calls are free along the Florida east coast from Key West to Sebastian, north of Palm Beach. For calls outside this area we ask that you use a cell phone, or call collect.
