Located in Gulf Shores Alabama is our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation home dubbed “Par-Tee”. Our deluxe vacation condo is located inside of Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club and just a 10 minute drive of 3 of Alabama’s highest rated golf courses.
Par-Tee is situated right behind the guarded gate house and is close to the club house, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 10 clay tennis courts, a fitness center, restaurant, and most importantly, 27-holes of championship golfing. Even the golf carts take your comfort into consideration and are equipped with GPS. Mobile Bay is accessible through the scenic boardwalk. Through an amenity agreement with the Beach Club, vacationers get to enjoy access to the Resort features: 3 Swimming Pools, Spa, Restaurant, and of course, and incredible beach.
Our vacation rental is minutes from downtown Gulf Shares and its fine dining, shopping retreats, golf courses, spas, and entertainment venues. Televisions, CD/DVD’s, Cable, and High speed internet access is located in every bedroom and a BBQ grill is accessible for added comfort. With one king, three queen and two twin beds, Chill Out accommodates up to 6 guests.
