A half hour drive North of San Diego is the sunny beach town of Oceanside. Scenic and simple, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation condo is steps away from the beautiful white sand beach. Oceanside, California has a beach 3.5 miles of Pacific Ocean coastline and is generally known as a military town with an average age of 32. The “Surf'nSail Penthouse” is perfect for a pair of couples, or a small family of six that intend to spend a vacation in the sun.
Our master bedroom suite has a luxury king size bed with an ocean view and cable TV. The second master bedroom has 2 queen size beds and cable TV. In the master bathroom, we have installed a new rain shower faucet and provide all bathroom linens including bathrobes. Our fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for preparing a quality meal, including filtered water, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker. The living area has a cable TV, a stereo CD player, and a high speed internet connection. If you happen to be in town during the winter season the living quarters also boast a gas fireplace for romantic ambience and warmth.
The truth is the best part of Oceanside, California is the beach, so much of your time spent here will be outdoors in the sun, but when you are ready to retire for the evening, being that you are just steps away from the beach, your vacation home has much charm.
