Originally settled in 1763, it is located at the head of the Union River and at the Crossroads of Downeast Maine.

Stretching from the lake region north of Ellsworth toward the most easterly portions of our nation, the Downeast Acadia region encompasses some of the most striking stretches of Maine coastline. Much of the coastline's primitive beauty is preserved within Acadia National Park, the oldest national park east of the Mississippi River, the only coastal national park north of Florida, and the second most visited of all our national parks

These one-story duplex units will offer 1280 square feet (32' x 40') of spacious living area for each week purchased. What is so exciting about this duplex concept, you might ask? The entire unit can be divided into two individual units (commonly called a "lockout"). This gives you some great vacationing options.

Each side has a living room complete with cathedral ceiling and sleep-sofa, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom which has a relaxing Jacuzzi. One side has a fully applianced kitchen, while the other side has an efficiency kitchen. Only in Maine, the Vacation State, will you find such a value. Think of it....own one week at a price that is unheard of at a "quality" resort and have the option to have two weeks vacation anywhere in the world for a Lifetime!!

The Manor

Luxury accommodations for 10. King size beds, fireplaces, jet tubs, whirlpool tubs, kitchens, living/dining rooms, private decks, 5 TVs with DVD/VCR's, 1800+ square feet, fully furnished, lock off option to use either as a sleep 6 or sleep 4 portions, (while renting or exchanging unused portion), our newest Phase III units, built with all the little extras that vacationers have requested.
