3 Bedroom 4 Bath 4th Floor Oceanfront condo located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation.
This corner unit, located on the 4th floor of the Windsor II building, has a spectacular view of the grounds, pool, and ocean, visible from the living/dining area and two of the bedrooms. An extended balcony borders the living/dining area and two of the bedrooms with access from each through sliding glass doors. The villa is elegantly decorated and features a large kitchen as well as a formal dining area.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a television, a DVD player and is adjoined with the master bath which has a garden (oversize) jacuzzi tub with separate step-in shower.
The guest bedrooms are uniquely furnished with a king bed and DVD player in the second bedroom and a queen in the third. Both bedrooms also have televisions and private baths.
Another special feature of 2418 Windsor is a cozy den located off the living area. The den has a queen size sleeper sofa and a television and DVD Player.
Among the finest oceanfront accommodations in Palmetto Dunes Resort, this secluded villa complex stretches along a beautiful Atlantic beach and is surrounded by lushly landscaped gardens, walkways, lagoons, fountains and native trees including live oaks and palmettos.
Amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool (with adjacent bathrooms), children's play pool with beach style entrance, hot tub, large sun deck, and covered gazebo with a grill. A private boardwalk with showers to rinse off the sand leads directly to the beach.
