Property Information
Walk up to The Palms Condominiums and perhaps you’ll be welcomed by the singing birds above you in the palm trees! You and your family will love the private ambience of this Orange Beach vacation destination. The Palms is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, and that is the fantastic view you’ll have from the 2 and 3 bedroom condos’ private beachfront balconies.
Each spacious interior has fully equipped kitchens and full-size washer and dryer. Guests have full use of the indoor heated pool, Gulf-front outdoor pool, fitness room, elevated tennis court, outdoor grilling area and a gathering lounge.
The fitness room is equipped with treadmill, weight equipment, stair machine and sauna. Private boardwalks take you from each building directly to the beach where umbrellas and padded lounge chairs are available for rent. Sit a while and luxuriate in the hot sun of the Alabama Gulf Coast.
The Palms Condominiums are conveniently located to many unique shopping establishments and within walking distance of restaurants. Two elevators in each building are there for your convenience. A Virtual Tour of The Palms is available on our website.

| Required Stay: 3 nights in-season, 2 nights off-season |
| Deposits: Daily/Weekly Stays: Advance rent payment is equal to one night's rent per week or $150; whichever is greater. Balance due on arrival. Take advantage of our Express Check-in Service by prepaying at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Monthly Stays: Advance payment is $200-$500 (depending on the property), and this amount does apply toward rent.

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
