Enjoy vacationing on exclusive Ono Island, the get-away just a boat ride or short drive to everything that turns your vacation into a dream. This charming 4 bedroom, 3 bath one level home is perfect for small families or couples and offers covered parking and a pier for boat docking on Ole River. The main level has an open floor plan incorporating the charming, but modern kitchen fully equipped to whip up some Southern fare with the dining area featuring a banquet style table and spacious and comfortable living space. Relax and enjoy morning coffee and evening conversations on the open and covered deck offering wonderful river views. The master bedroom located on the southwest side has a queen bed and private full bath. On the southeast side of this cozy home is the second guest bedroom with a queen bed which also has private access to the outside desk. This bedroom shares a full bath with the northeast bedroom which offers a double/single bunk with trundle. The remaining guest bedroom is located on the northwest side and has a queen bed; this bedroom has access to a common full bath. This home’s schematic is completed by the ground level laundry facility and half bath. Getaway to Some Place Else!

| Deposits: Advance rent payment will be equal to 1 night's rent per week or a minimum of $300.
If more than one week is reserved, advance payment is equal to 1 night's rent per week.
In Summer seasons, rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and enjoy the convenience of our, Express Check-in Service.
Additional fees are required for all Kaiser Realty, Inc. management approved family events such as weddings and anniversaries

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
