Perfect for couples or any family, this 5 bedroom, 4 bath home's amenities include garage parking and a pier for boat docking on Bayou St. John. The ground level features a separate entrance offering privacy with a den, bedroom, full bath, and screened porch facing the water. The screened porch faces the water with access to the outside deck. For convenience, there is a refrigerator and microwave in this ground level. The bedroom has a king bed while the den offers a sleeper sofa for added guest sleeping. The home's laundry facility is also located on this ground level. The main level opens up into the living area, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen; this space is warmed by hardwood floors and comfortable furnishings. The waterfront master bedroom has a king bed and bath with a separate shower and double vanity. The third level houses the three remaining bedrooms and two baths. The northeast bedroom has a king bed as well as a twin bunk; the private full bath has a tub/shower combination. The bedrooms on the northeast side and middle each have a queen bed with an adjoining shared bath also with a tub/shower combination. The cozy sitting area on this level offers a built-in youth bunk perfect for smaller children to watch television or play video games from.

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
