Property Information
Horningsholm is a newly renovated gulf front home located in the new subdivision, Nordic Villas on Romar Beach approximately 4.8 miles east of Highway 59 in Orange Beach. This charming southern style home is three stories with multiple decks and offers three living areas. The ground level of Horningsholm features a single car garage on the east side with a private entry. From the foyer the living area is located on the southeast side offering a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and access to the outside deck. There is a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator and basic appliances. To accommodate additional guests the living area has a sleeper sofa. The southwest bedroom has a king bed. This room has a private access to the common full bath with a tub/shower combination which also allows entry from the foyer. The northwest bedroom has two bunk beds; one bunk bed will have an additional twin trundle. This bedroom has a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. Stairs located on the east side lead to the second or main level of Horningsholm where you will be welcomed by a large great room that includes the living area, dining area and roomy kitchen complete with modern appliances. Windows stretch the width of the south side of this area and with access to the balcony everyone has room to sit and relax while the sun goes down. There are two bedrooms on this level located on the northeast and northwest sides. The northwest bedroom has a king bed with a private full bath with a tub/shower combination while the northeast bedroom also has a queen bed with private access to the common full bath with a stand up shower. This bath is also accessed from the hallway. Topping off this great home is the third level which houses three bedrooms, a living area with a convenient wet bar and a laundry facility with a full size washer/dryer. The living area has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. The spacious master bedroom is located on the southwest side and has a king bed with private access to the outside deck. Luxuriate in the large private bath featuring a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The northwest bedroom has a king bed with a private full bath with a stand up shower. The remaining bedroom on the northeast side has a queen bed with private access to the full bath with a tub/shower combination. This bath can also be accessed from the hallway. Horningsholm has tile and carpet throughout and is non-smoking.

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
