| Payment Options: We've been renting the area's finest vacation beach homes and condominiums for more than 29 years and are confident you will be pleased with the value you will receive with our vacation rentals and our service.

| Check In: Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, 2:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

| Deposits: Daily/Weekly Stays: Advance rent payment is equal to one night's rent per week or $150; whichever is greater. Balance due on arrival. Take advantage of our Express Check-in Service by prepaying at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Monthly Stays: Advance payment is $200-$500 (depending on the property), and this amount does apply toward rent.

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
