Vacation Rental Policies
| Lodging Tax: All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to applicable Taxes of 13% (7% Sales Tax + 6% Tourism Tax).

| Other Policies: We do not routinely charge a cleaning fee if our guests choose to leave the unit in the same condition of cleanliness as they found it. If you prefer, we will arrange cleaning at the end of your stay for the usual charge of $75. Kindly let us know in advance so we can make arrangements
Reservation Deposit of $500 is required and will be held as Security until departure. Deposit is fully refundable provide everything is left in good condition.

Aventura Mall or Bal Harbor Shops are just 2 miles away and provides great shopping, a food court, and a 24 screen megaplex Movie theater.
If you want a change of pace the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is only 5 miles north on Collins Ave. The Broadwalk is a 2.5 miles walk along the beach with restaurants, small hotels and a band shell that has frequent concerts.
For exciting Las Vegas type entertainment we have the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. The Village of Coconut Grove has many nice restaurants as well as shops. The Vizaya Museum and Gardens Coconut Groves' The Barnacle, Fort Lauderdale's' Bonnet House and the Deering Estate offer the visitors a glimpse back in time.
There is a multitude of things to do in the area from golfing, fishing and sightseeing to offshore gambling, Fairchild Tropical Botanic Gardens and cultural events but most of all we like just sitting on the beach and enjoying the ocean. |
