This over the top studio apartment is a very cozy retreat furnished with authentic antiques and collectibles. Walk out the patio door to a large elevated deck overlooking McCollum Lake. Rental includes boat lift, access lot and dock walking distance to the shore. Abundance of wildlife in the area and close to Thousands of acres of Huron National Forest.

Weekly:

Summer/Fall (May - December) $700/week

Christmas break $850/week

Winter (January - April) $600/week

Weekends when available (two night stay)

Summer/Fall (May - December) $400/weekend

Winter (January - April) $350/weekend

Additional nights:

$125. per night

All rates are base on two persons (additional $25 per week per person with Five persons maximum)

Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the McCollum Lake Studio

Smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoor smokers must use caution due to fire danger
