Something for everyone. With 16 acres of woods, 2 large ponds and 1/2 mile of river frontage you will never need to visit the same spot twice. The home and grounds are so complete you only need to bring food and clothing. Two campfire pits, three picnic tables, and lots of lawn furniture add to your enjoyment. In addition, the Irish Hills of Michigan offer a wide variety of entertainment options starting with three weekends of NASCAR racing. The area includes over 20 lakes, most with public access, 3 golf courses, several children's parks from the old west to Go-cart and put-put golf to ridding horses right next to buffalo. Just minutes from several quaint towns that feature antique stores. Many of the local towns have events scheduled throughout the year from a mature dog shows to a Rodeo.

| Deposits: Half of the rental fee is due at the time of the booking. There is a $1,000 security deposit and a $300 cleaning fee. The remaining rent, all fees and deposits are due upon arrival. Security deposit is returned promptly if there are no issues. |
