Ground floor has family room with kitchenette for convient snacking, bed and bath, one car garage with laundry facilities and expansive patio that brings the outside in. Access the main living level via a spiral staircase from inside or out...from here you have a birds-eye-view of the fishing vessels returning with the day's catch. Complex offers; two tennis courts, playground, beach, fishing peninsula, lagoon and beach, pleasant walking areas and on-site security. Monthly rentals have $250.00 cap on utilities.
