MONDAY TO MONDAY RENTALS (7 NIGHTS) ARE REQUIRED DURING THE SUMMER RENTAL SEASON. THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM LABOR DAY UNTIL PRE-MEMORIAL DAY, EXCEPT FOR 3 NIGHT MINIMUMS, AT WEEKEND RATES, OVER HOLIDAYS.
Our newest lakefront is presently being emptied of furniture and completely re-painted and thoroughly cleaned, then the antiques will be returned and new furniture added as needed. This classic Union Pier cottage sits on a magnificant double lot, private beach rights, wrap around enclosed porches on 3 sides and space for 9 people to spread out and enjoy the summer like it was always meant to be enjoyed, with family and friends! Parking for 4 cars.
