SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS (7 NIGHTS) ARE REQUIRED DURING THE SUMMER RENTAL SEASON. THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM LABOR DAY UNTIL PRE-MEMORIAL DAY, EXCEPT FOR 3 NIGHT MINIMUMS, AT WEEKEND RATES, OVER HOLIDAYS.
This 2 house compound with a fabulous pool has plenty of room for a large extended family. The main house has sleeping for 6 with central air, large kitchen and dining area. The guest cottage has it's own kitchen, window air conditioning and room for four. Both homes share a fenced in pool and there's still enough room to play catch! Great location for walking into Union Pier, the beach or visiting with friends in the neighborhood! Parking for 4 cars.
