The Coconut Palm is a beautiful 2050 sq ft. home which is about 350 ft to the ocean. This immaculate home is all tiled and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and a huge family room, which is perfect for the kids to play in. The backyard is completely enclosed, providing a great play area. Walk out from master suite through the french doors to the heated pool. Sit by the alcove area and enjoy the view of the tropical waterfall and pond or sit at the desk to write a letter or to get some work done. And of course, walk only 2 blocks and your enjoying the beautiful ATLANTIC OCEAN.
This home is furnished with new and modern furnishings and you will have everthing you need for your use- linens, towels, dishes, cups, pots & pans, 12 cup coffee maker, blender, spice rack, microwave, toaster, cuisinart, dishwasher, washer & dryer, radio, cordless telephone, DSL line for fast access internet connection, 3 televisions with digital cable with 18 movie channels, 3 vcrs, cd player & cds, beach chairs, patio set and barbeque grill. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedromm has two single beds, 3rdbedroom has a queen bed and 4th bedroom/den has a daybed. Florida room has a sofa bed with a Serta queen mattress. The dining room serves 6 and there is additional dining for 4 in the Florida room. The attention to detail is obvious with the extras that are provided: spa robes, water purifier, soaps, shampoo, aromatherapy oils, and even a high efficiency antimicrobial air filter in the AC unit to ensure clean fresh air. Maid service can be provided at an additional charge of $15 per hr. Crib, highchair, playpen, bicycles and beach wagon are available upon request.

Located on the beach which is 2 blocks from the home are 2 hotels which offer restaurants and a tiki bar which are open to the public. There are also beach rentals which include cabanas, sailboats, wave runners, parasailing and kyaks. Also just minutes away is the Spa
Atlantis where you can take an aqua-aerobics class, have spa cuisine,and enjoy a facial, massage or pampering at the full service beauty salon. There is also a nearby water taxi service that can take you to South Beach.
