This is a wonderful double suite Shanty Creek golf and ski condo located right at the top of the hill. It overlooks the Summit championship golf course and the tennis courts, as well as the rest of northern Michigan. This is a very desirable high-elevation location, one of the best!
Your reservation includes rental of BOTH of the attached suites as follows:
Main Suite - Master bedroom with King Size bed and private full bathroom with shower. Large living room area with wood burning fireplace, Cable TV, DVD, fully stocked kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee and espresso maker and full size refrigerator/freezer. Front decking overlooks ski-lodge hotel and rear deck overlooks the golfers pro-shop and tennis courts. Also includes use of clothes washer and dryer in laundry room. This suite has an overall sport, ski, golf and tennis theme decor.
- AND - also included.
"Lock-off" Suite - 2 double beds, these are brand new cedar log beds. Suite has private full bathroom with tub/shower, sink and toilet. Private outside deck accessible through door wall. This suite attaches to main suite inside, but also has its own separate entrance from outside. This was just remodeled in June 2004 with top of the line new solid wood panel doors, cedar trim, and has an overall “Up-North” Michigan decor.

Your reservation gets you BOTH attached suites for one winter ski week (typically 7 days) or weekend (3 days) subject on availability. Please call to confirm your specific dates. We are very friendly and flexible.
Price includes the following:
- Fresh linens, sheets, and towels.
- Use of all HOTEL facilities, including the 2 SWIMMING POOLS and HOT TUB JACUZZI. Use of private beach club on Lake Bellaire included.
- Cable TV, heat and A/C, all utilities.
Mini-pantry services available on request at extra charge.

In this vicinity, there are at least 6 championship golf courses, including the LEGEND, Arnold Palmer's design, the SUMMIT, CEDAR CREEK, SCHUSS, the INDIAN CHIEF, THE EAGLE, and others too. This is golf paradise!
Nearby Torch Lake and Lake Bellaire boast the best swimming, boating and fishing around. You have the use of our private beach club, which is on Lake Bellaire. Let the kids swim while you play horseshoes.
Nearby State Parks have bike and hiking trails, geocaching, Jeeping, horseback riding, snowmobile trails, and lots more.
Winter skiers get the use of 2 mountains (Schuss and Summit) with purchase of one lift ticket. Other winter activities include snowboarding, extreme tubing and cross country skiing.
Just too much to do, you will not want to come home!
Area: 3.5 hours from DETROIT / PONTIAC. 45 minutes from TRAVERSE CITY. 1 hour from BOYNE / PETOSKEY. 45 minutes from HIGGENS & HOUGHTON LAKES. One of the most beautiful areas of Michigan. This is where you can breath in the trees.
