Outrageous views and sunshine, gulf front condo rental at the Summit! Panama City Beach condo vacation rental offer guests a private beach front balcony, king or queen beds, plus bunks and breathtaking vistas!
The Summit also includes separate men's and ladies fitness center-rooms, a beach-front Tiki bar, tennis courts, hair salon, gated security parking, 4 elevators, game room and a snack room! Indoor and outdoor hot tubs, twin swimming pools and two children's pools, with restrooms nearby.
Down on the beach, guests will also find beach chairs and jet ski's available for rent. The Summit condo rentals are located on St Thomas Drive close to the amusements; beach clubs, Miracle Strip, island tours, water park, fishing facilities and watersport rentals.

Plus 10% Florida taxes and a one-time cleaning fee of $60 will be added to all rates.
You must register upon arrival in the office and this is $10 except during Spring Break which is $25. They will issue you up to 2 parking decals and up to 6 wrist bands per unit.
Refundable security/damage deposit is required to hold your reservation of $100 personal check and received by me within 10 days from the day you book the unit, except for Spring Break which is $600 which must be a cashiers check or money order.
All rates received by me 2 weeks prior to your arrival date in the form of a cashiers check or money order.
