Regency Towers luxury condo features a TV in every room, 2 generous king sized beds, 2-twin beds and a private balcony which stretches from the livingroom to the master bedroom giving access to views and sweet tradewinds from both rooms.
The master bedroom includes a large closet, king-sized bed and a private cable TV/VCR and like the livingroom, this room gives access to the private balcony with outrageous views and soothing sounds of the surf rolling in at night.
A fully equipped kitchen, as well as, the added convenience of a separate utility room for a private washer and dryer ... right in the condo!

10% Florida taxes, a one time cleaning fee of $100 will be added to all rates. Refundable Security/Damage deposit of $200 will hold your reservation. This a personal check and received by me within 10 days from the day you book the unit.
Total rates due 2 weeks prior to arrival date in the form of a cashiers check or money order. I will then mail you a pkg. for your stay with key, map, information sheet, one parking decal and also a self-addressed stamped envelope for the key return to me after your departure. Guest under the age of 25 if single (not married) must be accompanied by parent or guardian over the age of 25.
