Yucatan Area of La Quinta Cove is nestled against the Santa Rosa Mountains. Our home is located in this quiet neighborhood adjacent to the mountains with walking trails and bike paths shared with road runners, quail, and other desert life. The hiking is perfect for one day walks or several days of hiking pleasure. The desert plants, the sunrises, the sunsets, the crisp starry nights, all transcend you to another place and time.
On the other side of our home, only five minutes away by walking or car are the many numerous golf courses. The town of La Quinta offers art by local artisans, shopping of all kinds, and fine dining with old world charm. The renowned La Quinta Spa and Hotel along with their golf courses and great restaurants are there for you to indulge in as well. The Town of La Quinta has many dining choices such as: Arnold Palmer's Restaurant with nightly dancing, great food, and a putting green should you have to wait for a table, or Clint Eastwood's Hog's Breath Inn, a charming old Mexican Cantina, the family owned Italian Restaurant, and many more. Both the World Renowned Annual Tennis Tournament and the Annual Indio Horse Show/Home of the Champions are only a ten minute drive away; as are numerous shopping choices like Jensen's, Trader Joes, more great restaurants, and every strip mall imagineable. If your looking for big shopping malls or shopping on the world famous El Paseo, comparable to Rodeo Drive, with more restaurant selections to choose from, you need only take a 20-25 minute drive and you will be there.
As you can tell, our home is conveniently located, five minutes away from everything either by walking or driving, but once there, it feels like you are far away from everything else. The peace and tranquility throughout the area is yours for the savoring. Our home was professional decorated in Native Decor: a blend of Indian relics, porcelain Mexican sinks, Asian Art - all combined and intertwined with rustic and new, from big comfy chenille furnishings and leather sofas, to heavy pine armoires, and don't forget about getting the best nights sleep imaginable, is what we hear about most of all. Where did you get those beds? The floor plan is open, inviting, and comfortable for one couple, two couples, three couples, or a family with children. There are two master suites, each with king sized beds and their seperate bathrooms, the third bedroom has two twin beds, each with twin trundle beds underneath and their own bathroom. Don't forget, we will consider pets but only with owner approval first. Welcome and enjoy our home. . . |
