As guests at our 'Tropical Island Retreat' in The North Beach Towers you will be treated with the perfect blend of excitement and relaxation, featuring wide sandy beaches just steps from the front door, an oceanfront water park with fountains, swimming pools, a lazy river, swim up bar, & a indoor swimming pool, along with a state of the art health club on the property. Experience a tastefully appointed unit with whimsical tropical island beach decor to help you unwind and enjoy your stay. The unit features nine foot ceilings; double door entrance, granite counter tops, & stainless steel appliances. It is completed by a master bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub, & a family room with an electric fireplace, & 42” Plasma TV w/surround sound AV system.

| Other Policies: Check In Time 3:00 PM -- Check Out Time 11:00 AM. To avoid damage to the walls, please leave luggage carts in hallway when unloading. Do not bring into the unit. Please remember this is a Non-Smoking Unit and pets are absolutely forbidden! Our 'Tropical Island Retreat' is equipped with Stainless Steel Appliances (Stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with in-door ice/water, microwave/range hood and stove with gas cook top). It also includes a Front Load Washer & Dryer. Guests are provided an initial supply of dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher. When re-supplying, please use only dishwasher detergent, as recommended in the owner's guide. Using regular liquid dish soap or larger than recommended amount of dishwasher soap will result in overflow.

The Oversized Master Bath features black granite counter tops & dual sinks. It comes complete with a Jacuzzi bath, and a glass enclosed under Waterfall head shower that adjusts from a gentle waterfall to a vigorous massage with the second shower head. Whatever your pleasure, Luxury awaits while staying with us! Bathroom #2 has a private entrance from the front bedroom and a second entrance from the mail hallway featuring a full size shower & bathtub combination with glass shower doors.
