NEW TO THE PROGRAM!!!  Welcome to Sunshine Cove, a cozy bungalow style one story home that is tucked away in one of Destin's most quiet communities!!  Sunshine Cove offers an open concept with 3 bedroom, 2 full baths and a relaxing covered front porch with a grill and cushioned seating for four.   This rental is just a 5 min walk to the beach or you can grab the seasonal tram, which runs every other hour!  This home has been recently newly renovated with all new paint, kitchen cabinets and backsplash giving it a clean coastal atmosphere!! For Guests who like one story ranch style floor plans, this is the rental for you- no steps to climb!  This home is perfect for a small family that wants the convenience of everything!

When you enter the cozy beachy decoré home,  you will find the dining and kitchen to the left and the living to the right- Open concept.  Down the hall to the right you will find the Master bedroom and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.  The Master bedroom offers 1 King bed, attached ensuite bath with shower and tub, a walk in closet, flat panel tv, and a ceiling fan. Across the hall is the full bathroom for the other Guests that stay in the other bedrooms.  Continue down to the end of the hall, to the right is the 2nd bedroom that offers 1 Queen bed, flat panel tv, and a ceiling fan. To the left side in the 3rd bedroom, where you will find 2 twin xl bunkbeds, flat panel tv, and ceiling fan. All bedrooms are completed with cool beachy decor and comfortable quilts!  The whole home is hard wood floor and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Come and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, open bar eating and sitting area  with a pantry closet for all your food.  The Home provides full band high speed WiFi, cable and there is even your own private charcoal grill right near the covered porch for grilling!  This home is located on quiet cul-de-sac, just 4 homes away from one of two pools and extra parking. This makes going to the community pool, having Guests visit and small children stay in this home easy and convenient!

Emerald Shores Community is a gated neighborhood , with 2 pools, one which is seasonally heated. Fun family atmosphere and safe neighborhood for walking and biking.  You will find basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, shuffleboard and seasonal tram, along with a bike rental stand all within walking distance from Sunshine Cove.

The Private Beach access offers an exclusive beach pavilion, with private bathrooms, outdoor showers, beach services with chair, umbrella rentals, and it’s very own cabana cafe. This amazing pavilion eliminates having to go back and forth for potty breaks and allows families to take a break for snow cones and a bite to eat.

Tram Schedule:
The tram is scheduled to start in mid-May and end in mid-August (dates subject to change)
The tram will run 7-days a week.
Service run times will be 9 am-4:30 pm.
Tram will not run on Red Flag Beach Days.
