Calabay Parc is on Highway 27 and within minutes of Interstate 4 and only 15 minutes from Disneys Main Gate. The new Posner Park shopping centre with a Target, Belk, JC Penny's and a host of other stores is a short 5 minute drive away, as are local supermarkets Walmart and Publix. There are some great places to eat and so many golf courses too to choose from - again, all within easy driving distance.
Our Vacation Home is only four years old and has been completely refurnished to the highest standards in June of 2008. This 2465 sq foot home (1833 sq ft of liviing space) has two spacious master suites with Queen Size beds and both are ensuite. One of the Master suites bathroom leads straight out to the pool area and there are two further bedrooms (both twins) that share a third bathroom.
There are TV's in every bedroom and in the spacious and well laid out living area. The whole house has been tastefully furnished and has all the usual appliances - cooker, microwave, double-door fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a whole host of fittings to make it a 'home away from home'.
The pool is 24 foot long and with a great lania. fencing at the back for privacy and a with a huge 8ft high triple slider leading from the the living room to the lanai, the sun will shine through this wall of glass.
The home has 7mbps high speed internet and cable TV with over 100 channels to choose from. Local and National phone calls across the whole of America, Canada and the surrounding territories are included free with your booking.
You will just love Tropics Bay and will want to come back to stay with us again and again.
