The lake house is directly on the water. There is ample level parking right to front door. Max three cars. There are three private bedrooms,1.5 baths,all bedding and linens are included. The master bedroom has a tv,and it's own private balcony overlooking the lake. Cable tv, dvd, vcr are provided. Spacious kitchen and living room.
Kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils,silverware and dishes to serve 8 coffeemaker, microwave, and toaster.The stove is a jennair. Off the kitchen there is a large deck with patio table and chairs, a wonderful place to watch the sunset,and the many humming birds at thier evening meal. There is also a 5 person hot tub on this deck, a good place to relax and watch the boats idle by, from this deck it is only 5 steps down to a 24x10 boat dock and fish cleaning station.
There is also a large swim platform,provided with a ladder,table,chairs and lounge chairs to sun bath,read a book or just enjoy being at the waters edge, The dock has been baited with brush all around.There is also a gas and charcoal grill provided. This lake house is truly a great place for families, and fishermen. Please bring life jackets and beach towels and water toy's. Pets under 50 lbs considered.

Off season rate is $165./nt. $1155./wk. if we agree on a 2nt
stay the rate is $175./nt.
Off season is before May 1st. and after Sept 30th. 1/2 the rent to be paid when reservation is made. The last 1/2 of the rent plus the $75.cleaning fee & the $350. refundable damage deposit is due 2/wks. prior to arrival. Holiday rate is $210./nt-3 nt. min. $20.per nt.
