| Lakeshore Resorts is proud to present our cottage on beautiful all-sports Big Bradford Lake (over 225 acres in size and over 100' deep), which is known for its excellent fishing and incredible clarity. With a large sweeping yard (almost 2 acres) and incredible views, we are sure you will enjoy the 100' of pristine private lakefront in a very serene and secluded setting. Ask about our rental packages that include the use of our complimentary row boats are available and seat up to six persons each. Please bring your own life jackets! The public access launch at Big Bradford Lake (about 1.5 miles south of Waters on OLD 27) allows you to bring your own boat or rent one and dock it right in front of the cottages on our private 40' dock. Enjoy our very own private sandy beach that is 60 feet long by 20 feet deep. |

Making a Reservation:
A deposit of 1/2 the total rental balance is to be paid within 10 days of making the reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than 10 days prior to arrival. If making a reservation within 10 days of your intended arrival, a payment for the full balance must be received before check-in. |

Bonfire pits next to the lake and near the cabins (firewood provided)! The property is located only 7 miles south of Gaylord, the golf Mecca of the Midwest. Conveniently located 3 miles south of Otsego Lake recreational area and only 1.5 miles off of I-75 (exit 270) in Waters, MI. For the winter enthusiast there is ice fishing on the lake and hundreds of miles of the best snowmobile trails in the North. The most popular snowmobile area in the lower peninsula with extensive trails as close as 1/4 mile from cabin. Fall is also a great time to visit. Enjoy the colors on the lake from the shoreline or take a beautiful cruise on your boat. We are located in the heart of fall color tour country.

Cozy cottage available for rent year round! Cabin boast 2 BR with a total of 3 queen beds each, 1 full bath, complete kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, blender, coffee maker, BBQ grill (propane), pots, pans, and all necessary utensils.
Also equipped with full size washer and dryer and complete set of linens. Living room has full couch with pull out bed. Cable TV provided with VCR. Multiple window air-conditioners and ceiling fans (all new) throughout both cabins. Outside there are picnic tables, bonfire pits, all spread out over a sweeping large yard perfect for volleyball and horseshoes. Best views on the entire lake. Turn key rental ready to go.
