Lavish three-story Park City large vacation rentals has four bedrooms on the main floor and ALL except one bedroom, opens to the front deck that wraps around the front and side of the house.
What makes this Park City large vacation rentals so great is that it accommodates so many people comfortably. The common rooms are open so everyone can be together in the kitchen, at the table and downstairs, but there are also places to have quiet time away from the group. Adjoining the living area behind a glass panel door is a small, TV/reading room. It's a good place to be alone or with a few others, and is especially cozy with a fire. The kitchen and great room are close, so you don't feel totally separated.
Early risers will enjoy the kitchen patio which receives wonderful morning sun. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen opens to a large wooden dining room table with ample space and then spills into the Great Room. Perfect for entertaining. The ground floor is completely wheelchair accessible!
Of course, the downstairs is nothing but FUN with bunk beds, game tables and an entertainment center...definitely a favorite when people are around. At one end is a bunk room with 3 bunk beds and adjacent bathroom containing two sinks and a bathtub. Next to the bunk room is a comfy bedroom with queen bed. At the bottom of the stairs is a full bath which this bedroom uses as well as the people enjoying the downstairs. The recreation room has a gas-burning fireplace, refrigerator, sink, and cupboards, and it's also where you enter the outdoor hot tub. Ultimate Convenience!
On the top floor is the master bedroom with adjacent sitting room. It has a sliding panel glass door opening and looks onto a view of the Great Room. A balcony adds splendor to the master bathroom which is fully outfitted with a jacuzzi tub, two sinks and a shower with two heads also used as a steam shower.
Located in Lower Deer Valley, the house is 1 mile from Deer Valley Ski Resort, just 2 miles from Main Street in Park City and Park City Mountain Resort, and 6 miles from the Canyons. Five other Utah ski resorts are within 45 minutes.
Summer brings Golf, Summer Alpine Slide and Olympic Toboggan run, Hiking, Boating at reservoir, Mountain biking, Shopping
Deer Valley, the house is closest to Deer Valley Ski Resort, but just 2 miles from Main Street in Park City and Park City Mountain Resort, and 6 miles from the Canyons.
Park City boasts many miles of summer mountain bike trails and three wonderful public golf courses within 1/2 hour drive. Finally, shopping abounds on Main Street as well as Kimble Junction.
