This is our 3rd home in Branson that is available for the 2008 Season. Currently it is under construction and will reside next to our 1st Vacation Home. This home will have the same panoramic lakeviews as our 1st and be over 5800 sq. ft. It will have 7 beds and 5 1/2 baths and will be able to sleep approxiametely 26-30. An 8th private Master King Suite with bath over the garage is available too for extra $. This room will not be rented to someone outside your group. Rates are posted on our rate menu, please check back with us and we will keep our site updated with the progress!

We are now taking reservations for the remaining 2007 season and dates are going quickly for the 2008 Season!!
*Sleeps 26-30 Main House + Additional 8th Master w/Bath sleeps 4*
Jan. 2nd to Feb. 28th = $2000 week or $350 a night-3 night minimum
March 1st to May 23rd = $3000 week or $450 a night w/ 3 night minimum
May 24th to Sept 10th = $6000 Weekly Only -- July 4th Week the 1st to the 7th = $6400
Sept. 10th to Jan. 2nd = $5000 week or $750 a night w/ 3 night minimum
*5 Night Minimum on Thanksgiving/Christmas weeks*
**The 8th private Master King Suite is additional and can be added to your rate**
This suite is available for an additional $600 a week peak season or $125 a night during off season(3 night minimum) This Suite will not be rented to anyone outside of your group.
$250 Cleaning fee Due at time of reservations
To Reserve dates-50% deposit due at reservation with cleaning fee--remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival

Our 1st Large Master Presidential Suite is adorned with a 4 Poster King Bed and also in this oversized room is a twin daybed with pull out twin trundle. The huge Master Walk-In Tiled shower awaits with its unique pebble flloor. Double Kohler vanities with waterfall pump faucets and handicap toilet completes this bath. This suite is on the main level with a walkout slider door to the deck that surrounds the home to make this suite a complete handicap accessability bedroom. This retreat is decorated with Colonial Flair and comemorates our past Presidential leaders. Luxury Linens 600ct +.
Our 2nd Master Suite is also on the main level of the home and features a wonderful King size Iron Bed. Warm country Victorian colors dashed with antiques puts the finishing touches on this suite. This room also has it's own private full bath. The same bath fixtures of the Kohler sinks/Lighting/Waterfall Pump Faucets/Handicap toilets & bars are carried through all the baths along with the Cherry smoked cabinets.
Now let's move upstairs to the 2nd floor master's. The first large master (pictured) has a 4 Poster King bed, along with a twin daybed and pull out twin trundle. The 2nd story bedrooms feature large windows that are tampered glass that overlook the Great Room below and also let's the panoramic lakeviews rush in. A large Jack-n-Jill full bath with double sinks completes the 2 Master's on the second story.
Your trail is not complete with this unique Master bedroom. Come hitch up your King Wagon Bed for a retreat you will never forget! This suite, located on the 2nd story features a one of a kind wagon bed complete with Amish made wheels. 2 twin pop up trundles are located under the bed and can be pulled out and placed in the room. This is truly a one of a kind master suite!
Ok--One more flight up to the 3rd story! First the views are just unbelievable!! The lakeviews just surround you in these top floor suites. I wasn't able to get the lake photo's for it was a cloudy misty day--but check back soon for updated ones. The top floor offers you the Captains Quarters the the Canoe/Fishing Duck Lodge Retreats. The Captains Quarters lets the lake colors sooth away your worries and don't fret the very old ship wheel will not fall--it is all properly anchored--get it, 'properly anchored'--I know, don't quit your day job...
The other top floor suite is a collection of decoys & canoe rental signs and features lakeviews that you don't even have to lift your head off your pillow to enjoy! A full bath is also on the top floor along with a juillet balcony that practically overlooks the trees behind the house. King beds are featured in all 8 of the bedrooms, also LCD TV's with built in DVD players are in ALL of the bedrooms.
Ok-we are not done yet. Let's head back down and let's go to the basement, which is another world within it's self and is not the typical basement with 9 ft ceilings! The 7th Master suite dressed out in cowboy attire and double doors opens itself up to panoramic lakeviews. This King Cowboy suite has it's large master full bath with double vanity sinks. Anyone will just dive right on in or step outside and pull up your saddle and watch the sun go down.
We are almost done. Below is the extra suite over the garage and is not accessible through the house. It has it's own private access. Welcome to the Honeymoon Hideaway. This suite is the 8th bedroom and costs extra and will only be rented to your group. The Honeymoon Hideaway offers panoramic lakeviews, a King size bed and a twin daybed with twin pull out trundle. A small kitchenette is set up with a microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils and other necessities within the suite. Also, you have your private bath with the old world style pedestal sink. Our basement offers not only the 7th King Master Suite, but also true 6.1 Bose Surround Theater Sound along with the LCD Aquos TV! Have a seat at one of the 2 deluxe suede large sofa's and pop in a movie or take your best shot at a game of pool or just sit around and play some cards. This is a kid and kid that don't want to grow up dream room. Panoramic lake views surround your every move. One of the sofa's is a deluxe queen sleeper and a twin daybed with a pull out trundle offers extra sleeping areas. We have several DVD's and VHS movies to choose from, plus the cabinets upstairs are full of games. Enjoy, now this is vacation!
