This holiday rentals Miami Beach house, is located on the water with direct access to the ocean, just a few minutes to Bal Harbour and Aventura. This spacious 2,578 sq.ft. house features an airy and open floor plan that offers the feeling of a true loft. It is a Zen and serene house by definition. The entire property is landscaped with a tropical setting and this home offers comfortable furnishings. The perfect location of this vacation homes Miami, makes it the ideal Miami Beach corporate home.
The large living room opens up to the backyard and pool area, its floor covered with a warm spanish tile. The open gourmet kitchen makes it very comfortable.
The master bedroom is very large and opens through French doors to the pool area. It features a great view of the canal. The flooring is a beautiful bamboo. The bathroom has been redone completely with marble and will satisfy the most upscale standards. It is located in the master suite and includes a beautiful tub.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the floor is a brand new beautiful maple parquet. The second marble bathroom is in the hallway and offers a tub.
The third and fourth bedrooms feature a queen size bed in one and two twin beds in the other. Both are located in the independent kids quarters. There is also a comfortable kid’s area where kids can play without disturbing their parents. This quarter also includes a Futon bed to accommodate extra guests if need be. The small white tile bathroom with a shower will be shared by those 2 rooms.

Christmas was great in this nice house, our group loved it. Jumping from the garden in the boat and cruising Miami water was unbeatable. As I told Juan the patio furniture was a bit tired, let me know when and if you will change it. I hate to be a pain, but more bath towels would have been great too. Jesica thanks for your patience.
