Owner Managed - This exceptional home has 100 feet of gorgeous sandy beach, located on Silver Lake. A large deck gives you a wonderful place to watch the sun rise and set!
This beautiful home was custom built to sleep 14-17 people (which includes a private guest house that sleeps 2 people), 3 1/2 baths, two stone fireplaces, and a stereo system that plays through the house as well as outdoors for your entertaining.
The home and beach also includes a large raft, a dock, a nice yard with a wooden playhouse for the shorter ones and a tiki hut for the taller ones. Great place for a taco bar, sundae bar or whatever...there is a waterside swing, picnic area and bonfire pit for your evening relaxation!
The master suite has a queen size bed, stone fireplace with a wine rack built into the stone! there is also a sink with a seperate vanity.
One bedroom has a full size bed with bunk twin beds. There is a double size sofa sleeper in the loft.
Another bedroom has a queen size bed (and room for a twin rollaway bed, included.)
Another room has a full size bed with a twin/double set in an alcove. There is room to sleep antoher one (or two in the upper-most loft (ladder accesible)
In addition, there is a guest house that sleeps two people on a full size bed. 1/2 Bath just steps away!
There are three and a half bathrooms in the home. One of them is pictured on this site having a green claw foot tub. There is another full bath, as well as a bathroom with a large stand up shower and a half-bath to access from the beach when your feet are wet and sandy from playing in the sun!
