Both cottages have large open decks, high speed wireless internet, cable television, stunning decor, fully stocked kitchens. Each is equipped with a grill for your cookout.
Each cottage has 75 feet of private sandy beach that is unshared. There are both shallow and deep water areas - this is great for families with small children. Both beaches have a designated firepit for enjoying cozy sunsets on cool summer nights and marshmallow roasts. |

Waters Edge Cottage
With inspiring water views from every window and a sunset each night, this lovely cottage is the best vacation rental in Suttons Bay. Fall asleep to the waves and wake up to the duck calls in the bay bedroom. This cottage has hardwood floors, two living rooms, and large slider door with outstanding bay views. The master bedroom boasts beautiful French doors that overlook Suttons Bay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. Enjoy your meals from the huge outside deck which is less than 30 feet from the edge of the bay! The private beach is over 75 feet long, with beautiful sandy frontage. The home comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms (3 queens).
Need more room? The Champ House is also available for additional guests and is located just across the street. Private beaches for both cottages are adjacent to each other-expanding your beach fun! (discount for renting both cottage during the same week)

The Champ House
Surrounded by pines, this lovely cottage home has a large, open floor plan which is great for families. It boasts high ceilings, hardwood floors, and numerous large windows on almost every wall. The décor is mission style with new furnishings. The cottage is just across the street from it's own private beach area on the sandy beaches of Suttons Bay. Enjoy a morning meal in the screened in porch bordered by beautiful whispering pines. The cottage has a large, shaded front deck with lazy chairs and a slender view of the bay. Comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds).
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Other amenities include:
