This beautiful home on Spring Lake has been completely renovated & remodeled in 2005 . Located just 5 minutes from the Grand Haven waterfront, this executive home has 130 feet of deep water lake frontage. This is not a sandy beach it has a seawall & deep water dock with steps for swimming. Fully furnished with exquisite custom furniture, this beautiful home sleeps 10 comfortably. It has a large expansive deck overlooking the lake. A large dock extends out to deep water, this dock is only capable of holding one boat which is our pontoon boat-no exceptions. The Pontoon is there to use for no addtional charge. Direct access to Lake Michigan through the Grand Haven Channel is just another benefit of choosing this home for your next Michigan getaway!
This area has the great white sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. Multiple Michigan State Parks are 5 to 10 mis away. The great Lakes Mall is just 5 minutes away. Very easy to access the Spring Lake bike path. Many outdoor activities in Grand Haven. Great Local restuarants and boutique shops in Grand Haven. Easy to travel to Grand Rapids for many big city activites. Michigan Adventure Amusement Park is 20-25 minutes North. Many of Michigan's finiest local golf courses are within 5-15 minutes from the home. Lake Express Cross Lake Ferry form Muskegon to Milwaukee is very easily accessed. Great Lakes Downs Horse racing close by 5 minutes away. Craig's Cruiser's mini-golf & go-carts only minutes away Many weekend festivals.

This house is loaded with the extras. The home was completely renovated in 2005. Huge Deck overlooking the lake with deep water dock with stairs to wateredge and into water, this is NOT a sandy beach front it has a seawall. Hardwood floors on mainfloor through out. Close to Spring lake bike paths only a couple blocks from the home.

Linens & towels provided. You need to provide all your own paper products & soaps(dishwasher, hand, kitchen, dish, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, napkins, kleenex etc.) & laundry soap 'HE' only.
HE washer and dryer for use.
Fully loaded kitchen-microwave, dishwasher, icemaker & cooking utensils. Wine cooler with wet bar.
TV, DVD & CD player available for use.
Pontoon boat use. No other personal boats or watercrafts-no exceptions.NO SMOKING, NO PETS
